1. What is Classroom Management Cloud?
  * Classroom Management Cloud is a comprehensive, digital classroom management system, where students and teachers can manage multiple learning activities from one central platform (https://school.tabnova.com/). Main features are full featured video conferencing, chat, courses with lessons and materials, interactive quizzes and poll management. I will do a quick demo of the main features

2. How do I sign into Classroom Management Cloud?
  * Go to https://school.tabnova.com

3. Where Classroom Management Cloud (https://school.tabnova.com) hosted?
  * Cloud is hosted in Frankfurt using Digitalocean cloud provider
  * All services related to Classroom Management also hosted in same cloud (e.g. Jitsi, bug tracking)

4. What are the maximum users can use the system?
  * We are using load balancer, so we can add more resources dynamically to support any number of users

5. How can I get login for the cloud?
  * Contact your reseller/Samsung or Tabnova (support@tabnova.com)

6. What is the license expiration of Cloud?
  * Currently no license expiry please check with your reseller

7. What are the user roles in the cloud? 
  * Reseller: - can create School and its administrators
  * School administrator: - can create Teacher, Students and other Administrators for the school
  * Teacher: - Create courses, lessons, assignments, quizzes, polls, conf calls
  * Student: - Mostly read access to courses materials and submit assignments, quizzes, polls, attend conf calls

8. What is category when I create student?
  * A category is similar to a classroom. Manage students according to the desired criterion using categories.

9. How can school admin add multiple students and teachers?
  * Login as school admin, go to Members->Import you can import students and teachers listed in file
  * Also, if your school support LDAP you can configure it from reseller login

10. What are the conf call technology used?
  * By default, open source Jitsi is used, but you can configure BigBlueButton from reseller login if needed

11. What are the operating system Classroom Management Cloud support?
  * It supports all major operating systems Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS

12. Can I login from Android/IOS devices?
  * Yes, cloud supports all platforms and most browsers, we recement Chrome browser

13. Which conferencing systems are supported?
  * Jitsi and Bigblue button is supported. Custom configurations can be made for each school

14. How does grading of exam/quiz work?
  * When the teacher creates a quiz, he or she can assign marks for every correct answer. When the student answers the question correctly, he will score the full assigned marks for that question. Please note that if there are multiple correct answers, the student will have to select all the correct answer choices.
